Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, Legal, or related field.
6-10+ years of experience in contract administration/conformance, construction, engineering, or related areas.
Experience with energy/infrastructure construction projects preferred.
Strong communication, organization, technical writing, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day contract conformance and contractor documentation.
Review contracts, exhibits, invoices, and contractor submissions for compliance.
Manage change orders, directives, correspondence, and documentation logs.
Support contract negotiations and resolution of contractual issues.
Coordinate with Project Management, Construction, Legal, Procurement, and Project Controls teams.
Support contract close-out and compliance audits.
