Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in architectural technology or related field.
• 8+ years in architecture with 4+ years in contract administration or project coordination.
• Experience with Revit and reviewing shop drawings; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• On-Site Leadership: Take charge of site visits and work closely with construction managers, contractors, sub-contractors, and client representatives to keep projects on track and moving forward.
• Contract Mastery: Oversee change control procedures, manage contracts, and ensure strict adherence to building codes and safety regulations—your role will be essential to maintaining project integrity.
• Project Excellence: Play a critical role in delivering landmark projects, including public spaces, community developments, and institutional landmarks that will leave a lasting impact.
• Collaborative Innovation: Work alongside architects and production teams to manage change orders, RFIs, and other critical documentation, ensuring the seamless execution of design concepts.
• Meticulous Documentation: Take charge of project reporting, ensuring every change, update, and milestone is accurately documented and communicated to the project team.
