Sleeman Breweries Ltd. is seeking a Compensation Analyst in Guelph, Ontario.

This hybrid role focuses on leading compensation and total rewards initiatives, including market analysis, job evaluation, reporting, and program administration to attract and retain talent. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of compensation experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate across HR partners and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in compensation, Total Rewards, HR analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Total Rewards processes including year-end activities.
• Conduct market competitiveness reviews and adjust pay bands based on data.
• Provide salary and ad hoc bonus recommendations for special situations.
• Support policy maintenance and governance of compensation programs.
• Maintain job description standards and position control.
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition and leaders to provide compensation guidance.
