Sleeman Breweries is seeking a Compensation Analyst in Guelph, Ontario. The role focuses on leading compensation programs, market analyses, and reporting to attract and retain talent. The candidate will ensure policy compliance and collaborate with HR teams across the organization.

Hybrid position with in-office days in Guelph or Montreal; strong Excel and HRIS skills are required, along with 3–5 years in compensation or related analytics.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in compensation/Total Rewards or HR analytics.
• Strong knowledge of compensation administration principles and market benchmarking.
• Experience with job evaluation, reporting, and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support compensation programs, market reviews, and policy administration.
• Prepare salary recommendations for special situations including promotions and secondments.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and scorecards from HR systems for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies related to pay.
• Partner with HRBPs and payroll on monthly bonus accruals and audits.
