Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree and Certification(s) in Organizational Change Management (Prosci, CCMP, etc.)
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in Organizational Change Management; 3-5 years leading a team
• Ability to translate theory into practical, scalable approaches
• Experience advising leaders through enterprise-wide transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead OCM Project Delivery: oversee OCM across a portfolio of strategic initiatives with integrated change strategies
• Manage and Develop Team: allocate consultants, coach, and drive career development
• Ensure Quality and Consistency: establish standards, templates, and tools for OCM delivery
• Partner with Project and Business Leaders: build strong relationships with PMO and sponsors
• Measurement & Impact: establish KPIs to measure change adoption and benefits realization
• Manage Delivery Risk: identify risks and implement mitigation plans
