Teleperformance is recruiting a Senior Sales Development Representative in Canada to drive the rollout of a unique Pinterest-based advertising solution across North America. The role combines online engagement with potential on-site options, backed by a world-class team and a strong emphasis on growth.

You will manage outbound outreach, schedule meetings with Advertising Consultants and Partner Managers, and use Salesforce to track progress.

Responsabilités

• Speak on the phone or by video with Pinterest customers to discuss advertising goals.
• Email Pinterest customers to schedule meetings with advertising consultants.
• Manage opportunities in Salesforce and update CRM with lead details.
• Collaborate with program leads to improve lead handling and customer experience.
• Maintain high standard of customer experience in all communications.
• Guide customers from first contact to appointment with a Partner Manager.
