Job summary

Global Technical Talent, an Inc. 5000 Company, seeks an Asset Management Analyst in Toronto to support procurement and lifecycle management of enterprise technology assets such as laptops and peripherals.

You will process requests, liaise with clients and suppliers, and help ensure compliance with policies and standards. The role emphasizes collaborating with procurement and inventory teams, managing approximately 50 asset requests in ServiceNow, and contributing to cost-reduction initiatives

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in procurement or asset lifecycle management.
• Proficient with ServiceNow ticket management.
• Basic Excel knowledge.
• Understanding of desktop hardware assets.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of technology goods and services with partners and suppliers.
• Approve invoices and maintain audit trails for invoiced items.
• Support fiscal planning with trend analysis.
• Differentiate capital vs operating budgets for funds.
• Explain accounting principles in expense reporting.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and vendor issues.
• Manage asset requests in ServiceNow and ensure timely completion.
