Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support the Asset Management team in procuring technology goods and services. The role includes processing requests, consulting with clients on solutions, and coordinating with external suppliers to optimize costs.

The contract is 12 months with hybrid in-office days on Tuesdays and every 2nd Friday, starting with training week. 37.5 hours weekly in Toronto.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-2 years of experience supporting procurement and/or asset lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, specifically ticket management.
• Basic Excel knowledge.
• Understanding of technology geared towards desktop assets.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for technology goods and services.
• Consult with clients providing alternative solutions ensuring CIBC standards and policies are followed.
• Work with external suppliers on large requests to achieve cost reductions.
