Qualifications

• 1–2 years in procurement and asset lifecycle management.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticket management.
• Basic Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Understanding of desktop hardware and procurement processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for technology goods and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver assets.
• Validate client requirements and manage inquiries via ServiceNow or email.
• Review procurement info before submitting orders in PeopleSoft.
• Track and manage 50+ asset requests across platforms including ServiceNow.
• Resolve billing, asset receipt, and vendor communication discrepancies.
• Support expense reporting and procurement trend-based planning.
• Provide excellent service to internal clients and explain processes.
• Coordinate procurement activities with vendors and stakeholders.
• Manage supply chain processes, including inventory updates and disposal.

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an IT Procurement & Asset Management Analyst. This position involves supporting the procurement management team within the asset management function, focusing on the acquisition, procurement, and lifecycle management of enterprise technology assets such as laptops, monitors, and related equipment. The role offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment supporting a large organization.

Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $31.16/hr

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for technology goods and services, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate timely delivery of assets.
• Validate client requirements and manage client inquiries via ServiceNow tickets or email.
• Review and verify information for procurement requests before submitting orders in PeopleSoft.
• Track and manage over 50 asset requests across various platforms including ServiceNow, ensuring accurate documentation and audit compliance.
• Resolve discrepancies related to billing, asset receipt, and vendor communications.
• Assist in expense management reporting and support fiscal planning activities based on procurement trends.
• Provide exceptional service to internal clients, explaining procurement processes and handling escalations when necessary.
• Maintain effective communication with vendors and internal stakeholders to coordinate procurement activities efficiently.
• Manage supply change processes, including inventory updates, asset transfers, and disposal procedures.

Desired Skill-Set

• 1-2 years supporting procurement and asset lifecycle management.
• Strong proficiency with ServiceNow ticket management.
• Basic Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
• Solid understanding of desktop hardware and related procurement processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
