Job summary

IFG - International Financial Group is looking for a Processor Specialist / IT Asset Specialist in Toronto, ON. This role involves supporting finance operations and IT asset management with tasks such as managing invoicing, hardware asset tracking, and employee onboarding/offboarding. Qualified candidates should have over 3 years of experience in finance or procurement, familiarity with asset management tools, and strong organizational skills. The position is onsite five days a week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in finance operations, procurement, IT asset management, or operations support.
• Experience with hardware deployment, inventory management, onboarding/offboarding, or procurement.
• Ability to lift up to 15kg/30lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage finance operations inbox, invoicing, supplier setup, and AP support.
• Handle hardware inventory, asset tracking, tagging, and deployments.
• Support onboarding/offboarding by coordinating employee devices and asset returns.
• Process purchase requests, POs, and inventory reporting.
• Coordinate telecom/mobile device program activities and billing support.
• Manage ticketing systems, support mailbox, E-waste, and loaner device programs.

Job Title: Processor Specialist / IT Asset Specialist

Location: Toronto, ON (100% Onsite - 5 Days/Week)

Duration: Contract
