Job summary

The Ian Martin Group is seeking an IT - Technical Analyst - Entry in Toronto, hybrid role. You will support procurement and asset lifecycle tasks, coordinate with partners and vendors, and ensure accurate documentation in ServiceNow and related systems.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and detail orientation in a fast-paced environment supporting over 40,000 employees across Client. Relevant experience 1-2 years preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-2 years of experience supporting procurement and/or asset lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, specifically ticket management.
• Basic Excel knowledge.
• Understanding of technology geared towards desktop assets.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal business partners and external suppliers to ensure appropriate delivery of technology goods and services (e.g., computers, printers, monitors accessories).
• Validate, resolve issues/concerns and process invoices ensuring proper documented audit trails are maintained for services not requisitioned through Clients electronic purchasing system.
• Provide input to fiscal planning process based on previous trend analysis and planned initiatives/projects identified through consultation with assigned portfolios.
