Job summary

Kontron Canada is seeking an Accounting Clerk to manage accounts payable with rigor and impact. You will code invoices, reconcile statements, and assist with monthly closes and audit preparations.

Educational background in administration and 0–2 years of experience are preferred, with intermediate Excel skills. SAP is an asset, and you should be a team player who adapts well to change.

Qualifications

• College or vocational diploma in administration.
• 0–2 years experience.
• Intermediate Excel knowledge.
• SAP experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable tasks: batch invoices, verify quantities and prices, code and enter invoices, extract expense reports, reconcile credit card statements, issue checks.
• Participate in monthly close and AP controls: record accrued expenses, verify receipts/invoices, prepare reports.
• Assist the manager in audit file preparation related to accounts payable.
• Answer incoming calls as needed and perform related tasks.
