Job summary

LoKnow is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to manage the high-volume transactional backbone of our accounting operations, including invoicing, AR, AP, and bank reconciliations. Reporting to the LoKnow Accounting Manager, this is an excellent entry point into our growing finance team with real opportunities to advance as LoKnow scales.

The role is based in Canada with a hybrid work model; Edmonton presence may require occasional office work.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in accounting, AR/AP, or bookkeeping in agency/media environments.
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• Experience with Sage or similar ERP software; ability to ramp up quickly.
• Strong Excel and data reconciliation experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume invoicing and accounts receivable.
• Process accounts payable and bank reconciliations.
• Assist month-end close and variance analysis.
• Maintain vendor and customer master data in Sage.
• Support audits and SOP documentation.
