Job summary

Wenger Corporation is seeking an Account Services Representative to support our Sales Team and customers from our Owatonna, MN area. This hybrid role requires in-office days and some home-office work, with residency within a drivable distance to the facility.

You will manage quotes, orders, and product information, coordinate with Territory Sales Managers, and ensure timely fulfillment. The role emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting a B2B sales team in a customer service environment.
• Experience with CRMs, quoting, and order processing workflows.
• Familiarity with order management systems (ERP) and proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and service goals by supporting regional sales and service teams.
• Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to align sales strategy with customer needs.
• Prepare and manage customer quotes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide product information to assist customer decision-making and sales experience.
• Process and verify orders, check availability, review pricing and terms, coordinate with internal teams.
• Manage order maintenance and changes (quantities, color, delivery information) while maintaining data accuracy.
• Respond to web-based customer requests and route to appropriate partners.
• Support marketing and lead campaigns, following up on leads and inquiries.
• Assist in creating sales support materials and bid packages as needed.
• Coordinate direct bid activities with cross-functional partners to meet deadlines.
• Ensure smooth project transitions and clear post-order communication.
