SHW AG, Brampton, Ontario, is seeking a Sales and Marketing Assistant to support the Key Account Manager and handle basic marketing tasks. The role involves admin duties, customer data management, and preparing reports to aid sales decisions.

Ideal candidates have a university degree in business-related fields and up to two years of experience, with strong English communication and proficiency in Microsoft 365. Some travel and SAP exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; co-op, internship or part-time office experience is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to track and manage project orders, invoices, and store documents accurately.

Responsibilities

• Support the Key Account Manager with RFQs, quotations, customer communication and presentations.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and commercial support to the Key Account Manager.
• Maintain customer contact lists, account information and sales documentation.
• Prepare customer correspondence, meeting agendas, presentations and reports.
• Coordinate SAP tasks including BOM maintenance and data cleanup.
• Create sales reports and meeting minutes for the Sales team.
