Sentient HR Services Inc. in Markham, Ontario is seeking an Account Manager who thrives in inside sales to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth within the childcare sector.

This hybrid role blends phone, video, and email outreach with occasional in-person visits in the GTA; you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding while coordinating with the Director of Business Development.

Formación

• College Diploma and/or University degree is required.
• RECE is an asset.
• Minimum 2-3 years of consultative sales experience.
• Proficiency with HubSpot and CRM platforms.
• Must complete a Vulnerable Sector Check upon hire.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and set daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals to meet targets.
• Develop relationships and nurture leads via phone, video, and email.
• Manage prospect information in the CRM and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Close new business and ensure smooth onboarding for clients.
• Collaborate with Client Care, Staff Coordinators, Marketing, and HR to deliver results.
• Attend meetings and participate in additional projects as needed.
