Job summary

Major Refrigeration is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Coordinator to join our Grimsby service team. You will coordinate daily service calls, dispatch technicians, and ensure customers are kept informed while maintaining accurate work orders in our service system.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HVAC coordination, strong communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of Simpro or similar field-service software is an asset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in HVAC service coordination or related field.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with service management software such as Simpro is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily HVAC service calls and preventative maintenance.
• Dispatch technicians based on location, skill set, availability, and priority.
• Communicate with customers regarding job status and follow-up requirements.
• Ensure work orders are updated and closed in the service system.
• Collaborate with Parts, Sales, and Accounting teams as needed.
