Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC technicians and service tracking software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for startups, repairs, warranty, and maintenance.
• Handle customer inquiries and route technical questions to the right resource.
• Track time and attendance for technicians and coordinate startups with customers.
• Invoice and bill customers; assist in local AP/AR functions.
• Coordinate warranty administration, parts orders, and shipments; enter data into ERP.
• Provide professional customer contact via phone and in person; assist onboarding of new hires.
