Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, installation, or repair environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Experience in resource planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on risk management.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute installation and repair projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate tasks, schedules, and deliverables across teams.
• Lead project closure activities, including final inspections, documentation, and handover.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to project teams.
• Drive high levels of client satisfaction through consistent communication and results.
• Report project progress, challenges, and outcomes to the direct supervisor.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with codes and company standards and legislation.
• Other duties as assigned.
