Job summary

Johnson Controls in Canada is seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to support service scheduling, dispatching technicians, and daily account administration. You will coordinate safety statistics, manage inventory and customer data, and assist with invoicing and shipments while collaborating with the Service Manager to meet customer expectations.

You will develop relationships with customers and subcontractors, prepare inventory counts, and support quarterly reviews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of service operations or scheduling experience.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal/external clients.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and general data management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with tact and persistence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety statistics, track training and truck inventory counts.
• Generate on-call schedules, assist with customer surveys and service requests.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians with guidance from STM and Team Leads.
• Create and track customer orders, shipments, and vendor invoicing issues.
• Maintain NxGen customer account data and assist with warranty administration.
• Participate in business reviews and support profitability analysis.
