Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years of service industry experience in operations or scheduling.
• Strong organizational and detail skills.
• Excellent communication with internal and external clients.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and basic data management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety statistics, training, and inventory counts.
• Schedule technicians and manage customer service requests end-to-end.
• Process orders, shipments, and vendor invoicing.
• Set up new customer accounts and maintain account data.
• Support warranty claims administration and inventory cycles.
• Collaborate with Service Manager to meet customer expectations.
