Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking Service Coordinators to support clients in the Tri-Cities region (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody). The role focuses on dispatching HVAC technicians and coordinating service needs with strong communication.

Applicants should have HVAC/mechanical background and solid scheduling experience. This is a full-time, daytime position with an hourly rate of 24–28 CAD, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative/coordinator experience within HVAC and/or mechanical industry.
• 2+ years of service dispatching and scheduling in a mechanical or field service environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer all customer and service inquiry calls.
• Dispatch 3+ service technicians with necessary parts.
• Maintain constant communication with technicians and track parts and approvals.
• Optimize resource utilization by coordinating multiple service requests based on urgency.
• Follow up with customers on updates and service resolution.
• Review schedules, distances, and personnel to minimize costs and improve time-efficiency.
• Anticipate and plan for changes in service volume and shift resources as needed.
• Record and distribute information to departments and update internal systems.
• Coordinate office and warehouse activities, shipments, inventory and supplies.
• Maintain job and admin files, format reports and take minutes.
• Manage technician and fleet maintenance schedules.
• Provide scheduling and logistical support for meetings and travel.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
