Job summary

Evaporative Tower Service Inc. in Mississauga, ON is seeking an HVAC Dispatcher / Service Scheduler to coordinate technicians, customers, and schedules.

You will ensure service readiness and support both service and maintenance operations while delivering a positive customer experience. The role requires 3+ years of dispatching or scheduling experience, HVAC preferred, and proficiency with ServiceBox and Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dispatching or scheduling experience, HVAC preferred.
• Experience using a CRM or service management platform; ServiceBox is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, maintenance visits, and emergency repairs.
• Optimize daily routes and technician schedules based on priorities and availability.
• Confirm customer and site readiness before dispatch.
• Serve as the primary communication link between technicians, customers, and management.
• Provide technicians with job details, service history, materials lists, and customer instructions.
• Coordinate required parts and materials before jobs are dispatched.
• Track job status and completion updates in dispatch systems.
• Manage maintenance agreement scheduling and timelines.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Prepare work orders and time entries in ServiceBox and complete related admin tasks.
• Review technician timesheets against schedules and validate travel time submissions.
• Generate reports on technician utilization and service volume.
