Job summary

CFM is seeking a Project Coordinator / Inside Sales to support HVAC project lifecycle in a fast-paced construction environment. You will assist outside sales with take-offs, estimating, submittals, quotations, and order coordination while maintaining strong contractor and supplier communication.

Base compensation ranges from $22.00 to $46.00 per hour depending on level and experience; roles span Entry to Advanced levels with increasing scope from basic quoting to complex estimating and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Experience in construction, HVAC, mechanical contracting, or distribution preferred.
• Familiarity with estimating, take-offs, quoting, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist outside sales with contractor bids, take-offs, estimating, proposals, and submittals.
• Enter and manage customer orders and project documentation; track project milestones.
• Coordinate Start-Up with internal service teams and external vendors.
• Maintain project logs and ensure accurate job tracking and documentation.
