Top Tier Talent Group is seeking an Inside Sales Associate with HVAC industry experience to maintain existing customer relationships and develop new business. The role combines inside and outside sales, including quoting jobs, presenting products and services, and supporting customers with HVAC building system solutions.

Office-based environment with responsibilities spanning customer service, quotations, and participation in trade shows and corporate events.

Formación

• Minimum five years of sales experience.
• Minimum two years of HVAC/R experience and knowledge of HVAC building systems.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Experience with cooling towers, humidification and portable air conditioning products is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organization, time management and attention to detail.
• Undergraduate or college degree in business, construction or engineering

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Compensation: From $70,000 annually, plus commissions in excess of the draw schedule

Work Environment: Office-based and outside sales
