Job summary

Venters Recruits is seeking an Inside Sales / Estimator to support its GTA business. You will quote, size, and deliver accurate airside solutions, coordinating with outside sales, engineers, and contractors.

Responsibilities include preparing quotes, take-offs, and estimates for HVAC airside products, reading drawings, and assisting in project timelines and execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC estimating, inside sales, or applications.
• Strong airside knowledge (air distribution, ventilation).
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes, take-offs, and estimates for HVAC airside products.
• Support Outside Sales on project execution and timelines.
• Work with engineers and contractors to interpret drawings/specs.
• Assist in product selection and technical recommendations.
• Manage multiple projects and RFQs in a fast-paced environment.
