Job summary

ECCO Supply in Calgary is seeking an Outside Sales Associate to drive new HVAC business and service existing customers through face-to-face calls, email, phone and virtual interactions. You will manage pricing, maintain records, and meet or exceed branch sales and expense budgets.

The role requires 3+ years of outside sales in building materials or HVAC, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll attend industry shows, report market feedback, and collaborate with inside sales to

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in building materials or HVAC sales.
• Knowledge of Residential HVAC systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; independent and team oriented.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract.

Responsibilities

• Contact new customers and develop HVAC business in the Calgary area.
• Respond promptly to queries and disputes; provide accurate quotations.
• Maintain electronic records of leads and customers; grow market share.
• Forecast, plan, and evaluate sales strategies; meet budgets.
• Attend industry trade shows and contribute to inventory processes.
• Relay market feedback to inside sales and management.
