Job summary

Venters Recruits Ltd. in Canada is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to grow sales and market share across an established territory. You will develop relationships with wholesale distributors, contractors, and national accounts while identifying new business opportunities.

You will manage accounts, deliver product presentations and technical training, and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth. A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel (local 50–75%) are required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of sales experience, ideally within HVAC, manufacturing, or building products.
• Experience working with wholesale distribution and contractor channels.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to grow accounts and develop new business.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively (local) (50–75%).
