Job summary

Venters Recruits is seeking an experienced HVAC sales professional to own a key territory in Greater Calgary. This outside sales/business development role focuses on field activities, building new relationships and winning business.

You’ll spend approximately 80% of your time in the market, engaging HVAC contractors, builders and key industry decision-makers, and you will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close while growing market share.

Qualifications

• Outside sales or business development experience.
• Strong HVAC/ construction industry knowledge.
• Demonstrated success winning new business and growing a territory.
• Strong relationships within the HVAC contractor market are an asset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing a large geographic territory.
