Master is seeking an Outside Sales Representative specialized in Applied HVAC and consulting engineering to drive equipment sales and support engineers from concept through project completion. You will promote our HVAC-R portfolio, visit sites weekly, and influence specifications with consulting engineers.

A strong emphasis on relationship-building, technical acumen, and market growth is essential. Base salary ranges from $72,000 to $85,000 CAD per year with uncapped commissions and a robust

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years in technical sales, applications engineering, HVAC project management, or customer-facing engineering.
• Bilingual French & English is a strong asset; travel within territory expected.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships in the HVAC-R industry and drive business growth from concept to execution.
• Visit customers, engineering firms, and project sites weekly to provide technical expertise.
• Collaborate with consulting engineers to select and specify equipment in project designs.
• Lead and coach internal support and estimation teams.
• Own the sales cycle from opportunity to project award and post-sale support.
• Develop budget pricing and pre-purchase proposals for major construction projects.
• Create and review technical drawings and engineered solutions as required.
