Job summary

Trane Technologies in Canada offers a 12-week Summer internship program in Technical Sales, providing hands-on exposure to the HVAC industry and a clear path toward our Graduate Training Program after graduation.

You will work with Sales Account Managers, learn the design, application, and sale of systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings, and develop communication and leadership skills within a supportive North American team.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering throughout the entire duration of the internship.
• Candidates must have completed at least their sophomore year before the start of the internship.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering from any area of emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-week Summer internship program that develops technical, business, sales engineering, leadership, and communication skills.
• Interact with the world’s most complete line of HVAC equipment and building management controls.
• Be exposed to Trane Technologies’ businesses: Service, Equipment, Building Automation, Application, Fulfillment, and more.
• This internship provides experience to pursue a career in Technical Sales and may lead to the Graduate Training Program after graduation.
