Job summary

Polaron-Solar-Energy is seeking an HVAC Sales Closer to capitalize on pre-qualified, pre-booked in-home appointments in the Halifax/Dartmouth area. You will close on the first visit, presenting systems, pricing, incentives, and financing while managing objections with a proven process.

You will work as an independent contractor, setting your own hours around booked appointments and handling only the contract paperwork after closing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home or direct sales closing experience in relevant home-improvement verticals.
• Proven track record of closing on the first appointment.
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Run 3–4 pre-booked in-home consultations per day.
• Present HVAC systems, pricing, incentives, and financing; close on the first visit.
• Handle objections and negotiate using a proven sales process.
• Submit signed contracts and paperwork for processing.
