Job summary

Tikinagan Child & Family Services is seeking an HR Specialist in Ontario. The role supports day-to-day HR unit operations under supervision, emphasizing confidentiality, organization, and teamwork.

Job description

Starting Salary $62,764.

Under supervision of the Human Resources Supervisor, the HRSpecialist performs a variety of duties to assist in the day-to-day operations of the unit. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to maintain strict confidentiality within the unit. The applicant should be well organized, conscientious, willing to learn, positive, and a team player. Hands on training and job shadowing will be provided. The applicant must possess strong communication skills.
