They are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including:

- Recruitment and Staffing
- Payroll
- Employee Relations
- Performance Management
- Training and Development
- Compliance
- HR Strategy Development

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a law firm or professional services
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification - CHRP preferred.
