A leading personal injury law firm in the GTA is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources management. The role includes recruitment, payroll, compliance, and training. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of HR experience and a degree in a related field. They are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including:
- Recruitment and Staffing
- Payroll
- Employee Relations
- Performance Management
- Training and Development
- Compliance
- HR Strategy Development
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a law firm or professional services
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification - CHRP preferred.
