Job summary

Intelcom is seeking an HR internship candidate to contribute to real projects in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

The role involves supporting managers, implementing HR policies, managing employee movements, and generating HR metrics. You will work on-site, collaborate with teams, and gain exposure to Workday and modern HR practices.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of a bachelor's degree in HR management or IR.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Workday is a plus.
• Able to work on-site and collaborate in teams.

Responsibilities

• Support managers in, employee relations, team management and performance development to foster a positive work environment.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and organizational strategies.
• Contribute to managing internal employee movements, including transfers and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and working conditions.
• Help manage employee performance and attendance, including data collection and reporting.
• Support workplace safety initiatives and maintain accident records for audits.
• Promote employee experience through engagement initiatives and programs.
• Generate and analyze HR performance reports and indicators.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
• Knowledge of human resources management systems, including Workday, is an asset
• Ability to work on-site.
• Strong teamwork skills, initiative, and flexibility.
