Job summary

Intelcom is seeking a HR internship candidate to support managers in employee relations, policy implementation, and performance development across Canada.

The role involves data gathering, reporting, and engagement initiatives while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This on-site internship offers hands-on experience and exposure to HR systems like Workday within a fast-moving logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a bachelor’s degree in HR management or industrial relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Knowledge of HRMS including Workday is an asset.
• Ability to work on-site.
