Job summary

Intelcom is offering an internship where you will contribute to real projects in logistics and transportation. You'll gain hands-on experience, work with pan-Canadian stakeholders, and learn how ops and technology intersect.

You will analyze processes, help document requirements, and support KPI development and tracking. This role emphasizes collaboration, problem solving, and clear communication to drive meaningful improvements.

Qualifications

  • Currently in 3rd or 4th year pursuing a bachelor's degree, or pursuing a master's degree, in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational processes.
  • Eagerness to understand and optimize logistical and transportation systems.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to convey operational insights clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document logistics and transportation processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure alignment with operational goals.
  • Support the development and tracking of KPIs.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of process and technology improvements.
  • Draft business requirement documents to guide operational technology enhancements.
  • Identify operational challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including process flows and user guides.
  • Daily communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
