Job summary

Spectrum Health Care in Toronto is seeking a full-time Human Resources Coordinator to support HR operations on-site. The role involves coordinating new hire paperwork, maintaining employee data, and liaising with Payroll and IT on changes, hires and terminations.

You will assist HR programs, schedule orientations, and organize training administration while ensuring accurate HR records and strong communication with teams.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate in Human resources Management.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources administrative role
• CHRP in progress or completed considered an asset
• Experience with high volume recruitment
• Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• This is fully on-site.
• Compensation is based on experience (Salary range: $48,000 - $50,000 per year).
