Spectrum Health Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 12-month contract to support our Toronto team. The role focuses on delivering a leading candidate experience, screening, interviewing and selecting top talent.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in high volume talent acquisition
• Bilingual English/French is an asset
• Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and hiring best practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and eagerness to learn
• In office role in Toronto (Bloor/Yonge) office
• Annual salary range ($48,000 - $50,000)
