Job summary

Spectrum Health Care in Toronto (Bloor/Yonge) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 12-month contract to support our team. You will drive the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in high volume talent acquisition.
• Bilingual English/French is an asset.
• Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and hiring best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
