We currently have an opening for a Human Resources Coordinator to join the team in our Edmonton office. The HR Coordinator will work closely with the Human Resources Business Partner and management team to provide support for a wide variety of human resource functions throughout Alberta.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of HR functions.
- Supporting recruitment including creating and maintaining job postings, reviewing resumes, phone screening, booking interviews, conducting interviews, and reference checks.
- Supporting our onboarding process.
- Coordinating annual training.
- Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Other HR tasks and projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
What you will bring:
- An undergraduate degree or diploma in Human Resources from an accredited post-secondary institution.
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards is an asset.
- Ability to travel throughout Alberta periodically.
