Job summary

Novo is seeking a general human resources (HR) advisor to join our team and support external clients through HR consulting services. The role is hybrid, based at one of our offices in Quebec, Longueuil, or Laval, Canada.

You will handle client mandates including harassment investigations, employee relations files, and contribute to content and tools to support customers while participating in development projects to grow the service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial relations or in human resources or any other combination of training and experience relevant
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role
• Member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Advisors (CRHA)
• Experience in investigating workplace harassment
• Certified workplace harassment investigator (obtained or in progress of obtaining)
• Consulting experience (an asset)
• Excellent knowledge of labor laws
• Excellent command of IT tools (Microsoft 365)
• Excellent command of spoken and written French
