Job summary

Novo is seeking a general HR advisor to support external clients through HR consulting services in a hybrid setup from offices in Quebec, Longueuil or Laval.

The role involves handling client mandates such as harassment investigations, creating client-ready content/tools, and contributing to service growth while keeping up with HR trends and laws. Fluency in French and strong advisory skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial relations or HR or related combination of training and experience.
• 3–5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Member of CRHA is a plus.
• Experience investigating workplace harassment is required.
• Certified harassment investigator (obtained or in progress) is a plus.
• Consulting experience is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws.
• Proficient with IT tools (Microsoft 365).
• Fluent French, both spoken and written.

You will be able to work in hybrid mode from one of our three offices (Quebec, Longueuil or Laval).

Your daily routine:

• You will offer general HR consulting services to external clients




• You will be responsible for various client mandates, including harassment investigations as well as files related to employee relations. work

• You will monitor market trends and legislative developments in HR




• You will participate in various internal and external events and collaborations aimed at promoting services

Qualifications and talents:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial relations or in human resources or any other combination of training and experience relevant




• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role




• Member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Advisors (CRHA)




• Experience in investigating workplace harassment




• Certified workplace harassment investigator (obtained or in progress of obtaining)




• Consulting experience (an asset)




• Excellent knowledge of labor laws




• Excellent command of IT tools (Microsoft 365)




• Excellent command of spoken and written French
