Job summary

Novo is seeking an HR advisor to join its team. You will work in hybrid mode from offices in Quebec, Longueuil or Laval, supporting external clients with HR consulting.

You will handle mandates including harassment investigations and employee relations, contribute to content/tools, monitor HR trends, and participate in service growth projects while communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
• Member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Advisors (CRHA).
• Experience in investigating workplace harassment.
• Certified workplace harassment investigator (obtained or in progress).
• Consulting experience (an asset).
• Excellent knowledge of labor laws.
• Excellent command of IT tools (Microsoft 365).
• Excellent command of spoken and written French.
