Job summary

Novo is seeking a general HR advisor to join its team, supporting external clients through HR consulting services. You will work in hybrid mode from one of our offices in Quebec, Longueuil or Laval.

Responsibilities include handling client mandates such as harassment investigations and employee relations, creating content and tools to support customers, and contributing to growth projects. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial relations or human resources or any related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
• Member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Advisors (CRHA).
• Experience in investigating workplace harassment.
• Certified workplace harassment investigator (obtained or in progress).
• Consulting experience is an asset.
• Excellent knowledge of labor laws.
• Excellent command of IT tools (Microsoft 365).
• Excellent command of spoken and written French.
