Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in industrial relations, human resources, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience as an HR generalist.
• Member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Advisors (CRHA).
• Experience in investigating workplace harassment.
• Certified workplace harassment investigator (obtained or in progress).
• Consulting experience is an asset.
• Excellent knowledge of labor laws.
• Excellent command of IT tools (Microsoft 365).
• Excellent command of spoken and written French.

You will be able to work in hybrid mode from one of our three offices (Quebec, Longueuil or Laval).

Your Daily Routine

• You will offer general HR consulting services to external clients
• You will be responsible for various client mandates, including harassment investigations as well as files related to employee relations. work

• You will monitor market trends and legislative developments in HR
• You will participate in various internal and external events and collaborations aimed at promoting services you know how to manage priorities

Qualifications And Talents

• Bachelor's degree in industrial relations or in human resources or any other combination of training and experience relevant
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role
