Job summary

IMCD Group Canada is seeking an HSEQR Analyst to support Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Regulatory Affairs programs. You will manage compliance documentation, respond to customer requests, and ensure records are maintained for regulatory compliance and operations.

The role emphasizes intake/log updates, document tracking, and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams. A diploma or degree in a related field and experience with regulatory documentation are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience handling regulatory, quality, or compliance documentation.
• Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, ingredient, or distribution industries.

Responsibilities

• Documentation & Records Management: track missing or expiring compliance documents and maintain logs.
• Intake and triage: manage document requests via Salesforce or similar systems and escalate when needed.
• Commercial Support: assist with leads and non-conformance reports from Principal.
• Other Duties as assigned to meet business needs.
