IPEX, part of the Aliaxis family, is seeking an HSE Specialist to support our Manufacturing Plant on site in Canada. The role drives our HSE management systems, audits, and KPI reporting while coordinating risk management and safe work practices.

Responsibilities include training development, incident investigations, and regulatory reporting. A Technical Diploma in OH&S is required, with CRSP/CRST or CSP as an asset and at least five years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma in health and safety or related field.
• CRSP/CRST or CSP is an asset.
• Minimum 5 years of health, safety & environment experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the implementation of HSE programs and develop site procedures and work instructions.
• Coordinate site HSE training, audits, and risk management processes.
• Investigate incidents, track corrective actions, and report regulatory compliance.
• Maintain HSE documentation, data, and KPIs; support cross-functional teams on controls.
