Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a QC/Records reviewer for its Canadian operation. The role focuses on reviewing lab documents to GMP standards, ensuring data integrity in eLIMS, and supporting audits and regulatory inspections.

The successful candidate will have a 5–10 year pharma QC background, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication. Relocation to Mississauga, ON is expected in 2026; the posting offers full-time benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field with 5–10 years in pharma QC/records review.
• At least 2 years in a pharmaceutical regulated lab environment.
• Experience with electronic systems (e.g. LIMS) and test record audits.
• Strong knowledge of Health Canada and FDA regulations.
• Excellent language, writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review laboratory documents (finished products, raw materials) per GMP timelines.
• Verify data integrity in raw data and eLIMS before CoA release.
• Lead or participate in OOS investigations and CAPAs.
• Participate in internal, customer and regulatory audits.
• Support regulatory inspections and coach QC staff.
