Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS experience, preferably Dayforce.
• Experience designing dashboards and workforce analytics.
• Education in HR/IT/Business/Data analytics; CHRP asset.

Responsibilities

• HRIS Administration & Dayforce support and optimization.
• Module implementations and project management for HR tech.
• Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and analytics.
• Data governance, integrity, and reporting controls.
• Training, documentation, and change management support.

Education

Bachelor's degree in HR/IT/Business Administration/Data Analytics

CHRP designation considered an asset
